Organised by the Catalonian Federation of Associations of Relatives and People with Mental Health Problems (Fecafamm), it drew close to 1,500 people and included relatives, mental health users, professionals and government representatives. Mercabarna was there, providing fruit for a picnic which everyone enjoyed.
