A delegation from Mercabarna, led by managing director Montserrat Gil de Bernabé and Slaughterhouse manager Víctor Trigueros, was present at the event. It analysed the world trade situation, with special attention given to trade relations with Russia and China (major meat buyers). Consumer trends in Europe and Spain were also examined.
