During the briefing, Mercabarna familiarised the Pakistani organisation with the Centre and the occupational training courses it offers to the unemployed, so that, in turn, the organisation could make this option known to the national group it represents.

This type of joint collaboration has been set up with other organisations that act on behalf of some of Catalonia’s most populous immigrant groups. These include Fedelatina, which represents Latin Americans; Asocrom, which acts on behalf of Romanians; IBN Batuta, on behalf of Arab immigrants; and the Union of Chinese Associations of Catalonia.
