Organised by Barcelona City Council, the sporting events are part of the “Health and Sports” campaign, an initiative that aims to promote the practice of healthy physical activity among boys and girls.
This collaboration consisted of supplying apples and bananas for the 3,700 Barcelona schoolchildren who took part in the swimming, cycling and track and field events.
