Demonstrating that Mercabarna is the main centre in Southern Europe for the distribution of fruit and vegetables and that in addition it has powerful logistics infrastructures around it. With this objective, Mercabarna, the Association of Wholesale Fruit and Vegetable Dealers of Barcelona and Province (AGEM) and the Port of Barcelona will take part in the next edition of the Fruit Attraction Trade Fair.

The three organisations will share a stand within the Prodeca space in this trade fair, to be held in Madrid from 15 to 17 October, which after its 6 editions is now one of the leading events for professionals in the national and international fruit and vegetable sector.

This will also allow Mercabarna to take a further step towards the continued strengthening of one of its international strategic projects, that of becoming the Food Hub of the Mediterranean.
