The Slaughterhouse holds the Halaal Guarantee Certificate (ensuring compliance with Islamic laws on the slaughter of animals) and 44% of the calves and 40% of the lambs (many of which are exported to France and Italy) at the facility are slaughtered in accordance with the Halaal ritual.
