Since January 1, the Mercabarna website has included a Transparency Portal, a section that contains all of the information about the company's regulations, legal matters, finances, contracts, internal organization, personnel and other subjects. The aim of this service is to increase the transparency and accessibility of the information for all users, in accordance with Laws 19/2013 of December 10 and 19/2014 of December 29.

It also includes a Transparency Mailbox where members of the public can fill in a form asking for any public information about Mercabarna.
