This coming 1 February, Mercabarna-flor will host a demonstration to offer florists creative proposals for Valentine’s Day. The day will get off to a good start with a major feature by the Rosa Valls-formació school, offering countless ideas on how to create original and very commercial floral compositions that will help boost plant and flower sales on 14 February, traditionally the day for romantics.

After the demonstration, registered florists can take part in a workshop to learn and practise special Valentine’s Day creations.

This event opens the “Floral Ideas 2010” programme, a series of thematic demonstrations that aims to offer florists marketing ideas that will enable them to get the most out of each sales campaign. The next demonstration will focus on the Spring Festival and be held on Sunday 14 March.
