In January, Mercabarna collaborated with Com viure en un Galliner? (How to Live in a Henhouse), the programme broadcast on COM Radio on Saturdays from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.

On the air for 15 years now, the show focuses on educational, cultural and leisure topics with both parents and children in mind, with the aim of offering ideas to improve children’s education.

True to its custom of making the public and especially youngsters aware of the world of fruit and vegetables and their health benefits, Mercabarna took part by providing a weekly fruit and vegetable basket free of charge to one of the programme’s listeners.
