This was the objective of the "Economic Recession and the Agricultural Sector" course, given on 17th June by the Centre of Rural Training and Studies, a body belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Action (DAR) which organises the training of technicians and staff of this department.
Joaquim Ros, Director of Markets and Promotion at Mercabarna, gave a lecture within the framework of this course in which he explained how the current economic situation is affecting the different activity sectors of this Food Unit.
