Holland's Bloemen Bureau, the Rosa Valls Training School and the Spanish Champion of Floral Art, Carles Jubany all gave demonstrations on the creation of different floral pieces, such as bridal bouquets, car decorations, table centrepieces, etc. with the calla lily as the principal flower.

The objective of this demonstration was to show the florists the multiple uses that can be given to coloured calla lilies, since traditionally that most used by professionals is white.
