The courses will be given at the Mercabarna-flor facilities and are intended for professionals who wish to become card-carrying applicators of treatments for both disinfection and the extermination of insects and rodents.

This accreditation is required for people who work in the application of pesticides and disinfectants, both on plants and flowers and to food cropland.

The first, basic course will get under way on 2 March and last 20 hours. The second, more advanced, course will be 60 hours long and given from 20 April to 2 June.
