The representatives of the 1,200-strong organisation were interested in learning about Slaughterhouse operation, particularly aspects related to traceability and food-safety regulations. The Cooperative intends to build a slaughterhouse in accordance with European Union standards in the city of Mahdia (200 kilometres from Tunis).
