Annual season ticket

Cards can be purchased and/or renewed at the Control Centre on the ground floor of the Mercabarna Administrative Centre building. If you are a user of Mercabarna-flor, you must go to the Market Management offices (first floor).

Required documentation:

• Please fill out application form this is the first time you have applied. If the applicant is a company, you must attach a tax document, while self-employed individuals need to provide a photocopy of identity card. Also, event if its a company or a self-employed individuals must provide a photocopy of the vehicle's registration certificate and of  the vehicle's technical specifications. The documents can be delivered by hand to the Control Centre of the Mercabarna Administrative Centre or sent by e-mail to emissiotargetes(ELIMINAR)@mercabarna.cat

If you want to take advantage of the special discounts, you must also submit:

• If you are an employee of a company at Mercabarna: TC2 social security payment form, work contract or payslip.
• If you are a retailer: document showing you are a member of a retailers' association.
• If you are a producer: document from the Department of Agriculture certifying you as such.
• If you are a municipal transporter: document certifying you as such.
• If you are a freelance worker who provides a service to the companies in Mercabarna: letter stamped by the Mercabarna company for which you work.

Cost:

• The card costs €8.85. Payment by credit card, cheque or in cash.

Prepaid card

First time purchase

You must go to the Mercabarna Control Centre on the ground floor of the Administration Centre building. If you are a user of Mercabarna-flor, you must go to the Market Management offices (first floor).

At the time of applying for the card you must submit the following documentation:

• Photocopy of the vehicle's registration certificate
• Photocopy of the vehicle's technical specifications

Cost:

• The card costs €8.85 (VAT included).
• The initial minimum amount is €10. Payment in cash or by credit or debit card.

Topping up

You can top up your card at both the Control Centre (ground floor of the Administration Centre building) or the manual tolls at the entrances of Mercabarna. The minimum amount is €10.

You can request an invoice to deduct the VAT paid on entrance tickets to the Food Unit and/or for recharging prepaid cards. Visit the website tiquetsacces.mercabarna.es to request an invoice.

You can renew the annual credit cards of your company through tiquetsacces.mercabarna.es. How?

1. You have to register the first time you access the platform.
2. When you receive the registration confirmation, access the customer area with the username and password.
3. Accede to Subscriptions, click Renew subscription and select the card or cards that you want to renew.
4. Payment must be made by credit card.
5. In this same space and for 48 hours you can check and download the invoice in PDF.
